In order to facilitate future improvements to the district the DDA Board has developed a strategic plan. The plan outlines five goals that include developing a space use plan, a property improvement plan, a communication plan, a marketing plan, as well as a district theme and identity. An action team, comprised of board members and district volunteers, has been developed for each of the five goals. Each action team will help implement its specific goal.
