Jennifer Radtke
Executive Director
I’m honored to step into the role of Executive Director for the Greenville Area Chamber of Commerce. I’m truly excited about this opportunity and am looking forward to connecting with even more people in our amazing community. Building strong relationships and supporting the growth of Greenville is something I care deeply about, and I’m committed to serving this area with dedication and heart.
Before stepping into this role, I worked as the Production Coordinator for Greenville Public Schools' Performing Arts Department. That experience allowed me to meet so many incredible people and begin forming the connections that I now hope to strengthen through my work at the Chamber. I bring with me a diverse and extensive work history that has helped shape who I am as a leader, communicator, and community member.
My husband and I live in the Greenville area, and from the moment we arrived we have felt nothing but warmth and welcome. Our family is very involved in the performing arts, and we can often be found attending and supporting live events throughout Michigan. I’m passionate about community, connection, and creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported --and I’m so excited to bring that energy to this new role.

Chelsea Baker
Member Services Administrator
My husband (Keenan) and I have been together since high school, and we’re proud parents to our daughter (Josie). We both grew up in Toledo, Ohio, but spent six wonderful years in North Carolina, where we loved hiking in the mountains and relaxing on the beautiful beaches.
Now that we’ve settled in Greenville, I’m embracing this new chapter and making the most of it. Working at the Chamber of Commerce has been an incredible opportunity for me to connect with the community and learn more about our new town. I’ve been enjoying discovering local spots and meeting new people.
In addition to my work, I have a passion for yoga, which helps me find balance and peace in my busy life. I also love exploring different cuisines and trying new foods—there's something so exciting about tasting dishes from various cultures. Each day feels like a new adventure, and I’m eager to see what Greenville has in store for us!
Audrey Belding
Summer Intern
I am so excited to be back at the Chamber this Summer! Last year, I discovered a deep appreciation for the dedication and passion that drives our local business community. I look forward to building on my experience and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
A little bit about me; I am the President of Student Council and the Senior Class. I am also serving as President of DECA during the upcoming school year. Furthermore, I sing and dance as a third-year member of The Village Green Singers. I am proud to say that I have a passion for Greenville Public Schools and absolutely love my community.
I am incredibly honored to be returning as the Summer Intern for a second time and am so grateful for being able to continue being involved in Greenville’s businesses.
